Delia discovers a traffic citation Doug received one month before his death and its contents are beyond puzzling. The lead raises a lot of questions about why Doug was out in the middle of the night, one month before his death. Delia sets out to speak with one man who’s alleged to have seen Doug during July 4th weekend 1991. We hear for the first time from Doug’s son about why he’s joined the pursuit for answers about the father he never knew.
